I am interested in buying the Lord of ring coin(silver proof from New Zeeland) for my collection. Any pointers where i can buy the coins?

I saw some mint sites but this one is sold out.

That, I can't tell you. It depends on how badly you want it. It doesn't seem to be readily available so it will be hard to check comparable listings. I suggest you look at closed listings on eBay to see if any others have sold.

 

Earlier today I thought I saw 2 available, now only one. I got mine directly from the mint when they were issued. Even LOTR collectible stores I've checked online are out of stock. Here is another one at eBay:
