This 1946-S Roosevelt was slabbed but broke apart. Let's just say family issues. If it's been asked before please direct me, but what is the best way to slab this again or should I wait until I have other items to send in ? Should I go the PCGS route or another, HELP !
Yeah I'm a little P.O.ed about the writing on it too. Let's just say it took me a while to simmer down.
I think you have to re-submit it like a raw coin. They will not just reholder it, cause they can't prove you kept the nice coin and are substituting a lower grade one, and they can't guarantee you did not damage the coin while it was out of the holder.
Sunk costs. The label is meaningless once it's out of the slab. What you have now is a raw dime. The question you should be asking is, is this worth slabbing? The answer is probably no.
Given that it's fmv is only $35, you might be better off buying a new one already slabbed rather than paying the grading costs again.
Hmm... being as this was your first post to the thread, how could you have "meant" anything? It couldn't be that @Kaosleeroy and @kaosleeroy108 are the same person, could it?
Yes I am I have one for my personal account one for my group share Sent from my C6740N using Tapatalk
So, um... does this mean a new user, changing his mind about registering his real name as his handle, can: 1) Register a new account with the desired handle 2) Rat out himself under the old account 3) See the old account deleted, proceed with the new one 4) ??? 5) Profit! (Sorry, Friday's getting to me a bit early...)
