2001 d penny weirdness

Camera plus magnifying glass doesn't do justice on what this looks like and I am almost certain if it's scratched, or I'm just a dumbass and discovered what a new penny looks like. It's so light it's hard to see in some lights and sometimes have to have a good angel to see it but yeah it's doing this obverse and reverse
