Speaking of the new Effigy Mounds quarters, anyone spotted one yet? No luck in AZ so far!

A "DOLLAR" for dollar. Went to one of my branch banks Wed 3/8, got box of dimes. Then asked teller if she had any BIG IKE dollars, or half dollars. She said NO, but she has a funny looking big dollar coin that I can buy for a dollar. Naturally I said yes, she took the coin out of her drawer and sold it to me for $1; turned out to be a silver 1922-Peace dollar. Said thank you & left with my dime box and the "DOLLAR". Can't complain getting BIG SILVER. HH, DozerD

    $20 loose halves: 4 x 1967, 4 NIFC (2 x 2007-P, 2 x 2007-D)

    $20 nickels (half machine rolled, half hand rolled): a few very worn 1940s commons in the hand-rolled (1940, 1941 x 3, 1946, 1948)

$20 hand-rolled dimes: older paper rolls with cute sayings on them ("You're lookin good today. Is that a new shirt?") - 3 x 2009-P

    $10 MWR pennies: about half the rolls were 90% brand new 2016 (P). A few common wheats - 1946, 1951, 1953, 1958, 1958-D. Two common Canadians.

    Possible 1972 DDO & 1960 D over D?

Here's the best pictures I could get on an iPhone. The 72 is clearly doubled on the date, but I can't make out any doubling on "In God We Trust".

    Box of Halves: 4 40%ers and 1 64

I also had 4 CWR of Halves. All of them were Bicentennials. Some Clown had the time to do that.

I just went through $300 dollars of CWR Halves. had a feeling that so many was probably somebody else's dump but the teller said they came from various customers so... why not? might find something in there. 30 rolls, every coin stacked heads up like they've been date searched, and nothing in any of 'em.... except one near perfect 2012-S Silver Proof! very strange!!!

Some people love to collect bicentennial coins. My Grandpa had 2 cigar boxes full of rolls of them that he collected at the bowling alley. I went through around 15 rolls of them at Christmas and didn't find any AU condition or proofs... but maybe there will be one. :)

Other than silver, bicentennials were the only coins he actively collected. He just liked em.

Yesterday, i was at a bank i frequent, and the teller asks if she can ask me a question about a coin. Naturally I say yes. She pulls out this beautiful 1964 Proof Half. I told her all about it and she was very excited (she thought it was fake). In case you were wondering she kept it to herself.
I love this bank honestly. I walk in, they know what i want. One teller had 10 dollars, the other 40, and another 6 dollars. Out of the 56 Dollars i found 14 40%s in great condition
