!941 American Cent Error coin Philadelphia

Hello All,
I just found a coin in a roll of American pennies and it has an error on its reverse side I've not seen before. Can anyone offer a clue or explanation on what it is and how it was created? Any information would be very much appreciated.

It a Lamination Planchet issue. Delamination actually.

Not really. That's an amazing Lamination but not worth that much.
I have purchased similar errors for about $40.00 - $50.00
