Potential error 2012 dime.

    It's a damaged Dime
    The damage was likely caused by a coin wrapping machine when it crimped the end of the roll.
    We see this type of question and damage on CoinTalk a lot.

    Or it simply took a hit from another coin.

    It's the hair there are two in the hair one is protruding down the forehead.
