Better that than the names you called me which have since been removed by mods. Now let's keep it relevant, friend. Do you have anything to add? Any opinions? Do you own any DC tokens, like me? What thoughts would you like to share about the topic?
Begeesus - I had this horrifying thought I was wallowing through a numismatic themed Jerry Springer episode here on Cointalk. Now I has to wonders, which the ones of ya's is the crossdressing Tranny?
Not sure what you expect. You were nowhere to be seen for 6 pages then you appear only to start calling me expletives. The "Post Your Dan Carr Tokens" thread is a great place for pleasantries. No arguing, just sharing and "likes."
My apologies, but I'm a tad unclear on the concept of "acting" a certain way only when the "mods ARE here". You see, I was under the impression that the written word posted to a discussion forum, unlike the spoken word in passing, has this magical kind of "staying power". It's not like one can just slip one in when a mod is busy and he's not going to know about it later on when he signs in, but why let reality get in the way of a good old fashioned self-serving and baseless accusation?
There's a difference between simply discussing future potential and the blatant advertising we've been seeing lately. Think of how often we have people come here talking of coins or other numismatic items as "investments". Now think of the type of responses such people usually get regarding the foolishness of their assumptions. If anyone "guaranteed" some modern mint product, or even classic coin would offer some fantastic return, particularly to a novice, the individual would most likely and rightly be torn up for it simply because we all know there is no guarantee of future performance, so why should Carr copies be any different? It wouldn't be so bad if the promoter's posts simply and clearly stated that this is only their personal opinion, but that's not what often happens, and constant "guarantees" suggest something much different. Perhaps Carr products will someday be everything that's claimed, but I don't know this and neither do any of you. It's one thing to like, enjoy, and share them, but something else entirely to selfishly mislead someone who may not know any better.
Does anyone else feel the compulsion to purchase another of Dan's products after every 10 page+ thread ?
