Could this be another G or just dirt and junk on coin. Initials on reverse

I barely see anything. Terrible pics,

 

Just a weakly struck FG. COuld be some die polishing. They are very common, I have been told that missing the initials is worth a small premium.

 

The dies were polished to extend the life of them back then. The more of the FG that was missing the higher the value of the coin.
