"Original bank roll" is such nonsense it's not worth consideration. Did the US Mint ever have a nickel-sized reeded collar? No? Then it's PMD. Doesn't matter how (or who what where when).
Reeded edges were placed on gold and silver coins to stop people from shaving the edge. Nickels are mainly copper and nickel so a lot less valuable and negg be er received a reeded edge. Not sure why your coin looks that way but it could be from a worn collar.
