    It wasn’t just you. There were indeed problems, and the site was down for a day. I’m glad we’re back up!

    It is now time for the final round in this contest, which, as I have hinted previously, is something of a "grand finale", thanks to the generosity of our kind donor, @BuffaloHunter.

    @BuffaloHunter gave to thee...

    • (1) 1937-D Arkansas Centennial commemorative half dollar, PCGS MS64
    PCGS cert. #04929313.

    This is a $175 coin, folks! :woot:

    To enter this round, all you need to do is:

    1. Say that you want this lot, and
    2. post something else coin-related or cheerful.

    Then, we will have the final drawing on or shortly after 12 January (depending on my schedule), after @Randy Abercrombie return from the FUN show in Florida.

    You may of course say you want it for someone else, if you name that person.

    Post entry for @Mr. Numismatist, Happy new year. Here is the last coin I needed to complete my certified IHC set.

    I'm not sure how this will go over. But I'll give it a go anyway.

    A little birdie told me that @lordmarcovan has a deep affection for this commemorative. I know the logistics of him coordinating the drawing puts him in a precarious and awkward position entering for himself. Nevertheless, I'd like to put my entry in for Rob. With all due respect to every single person on the CT forum, I honestly can't pick any other member whose more deserving than he.

    So without further ado, please accept this entry for our most giving person on Coin Talk, Rob @lordmarcovan.

    I truly hope nobody has a problem with this proxy entry.

    Good luck to all.

    Kudos to you, Russ!! You are 100% correct that Rob is absolutely deserving for everything he does with this forum.

    Thank you. I will gratefully accept your ONE entry on my behalf, but don’t want anyone else to do that.
