    What's interesting is that it's dated 19xx, so it's been in the wild for over 25 years. Seems like it would have been adopted by now.

    Why wouldn’t it be real? It’s an off center cent! A true mint error. Keep and protect that one! I have several of them with various degrees of being off center. That’s a great find, especially from circulation. :)
