I'm not sure I know all the tells for fake off-center cents. If this were one, it would've fooled me.
What's interesting is that it's dated 19xx, so it's been in the wild for over 25 years. Seems like it would have been adopted by now. Oh, I'm a big Teri Hatcher fan, too.
Why wouldn’t it be real? It’s an off center cent! A true mint error. Keep and protect that one! I have several of them with various degrees of being off center. That’s a great find, especially from circulation.

Looks real to me. Great find! Amazing it got put into a coin roll, since it's so out-of-round like that. Congrats. You scored this time! It ain't worth a ton, but it's a pretty amazing find by coin roll hunting standards. Fun stuff.
