was going through a band of crisp 1935A silver certificates and I found a radar bill. Anyone know what something like this would be worth? Kind of hard to find on google

Hard you get a specific price for stuff like this. Any estimates though?

    In my opinion
I estimate.. $20.00 for the bill alone and another $20.00 for the Radar.
I don't think there are any set prices for Fancy Serial numbers. I just shared the price I have paid in the past for a similar item.

Fetching big premium for a radar may require some time, so be patient. I had an 1862 $1 legal tender with a 5 digit radar. Graded. had a "burn hole," which could very well have been a bullet hole. I more than doubled my investment, but it took 5 years. That thing sat in my display case at multiple shows, floated on eBay......and finally the right guy showed up, saw it, loved it, appreciated it, and gave up the shekels I required.

Would have been a perfect radar if there were "D"s at both ends. Great find though, as Paddyman said, you have bookends.

Lawman: that's an alpha-numeric RADAR. I had one of those as well. 1899$1 silver cert. Forget the serial, but is was A xxyzzyxx A. PCGS 25, as I recall. That one sat in display for several years. Consigned it to dealer buddy, and eventually sold it for $550. I think I paid $375. Good result, but we gotta consider the time value of money.
