Another Silver Jefferson

    I found another silver nickel this weekend. That makes 6 in the last 2 months.

    I believe I have metal detected 6 Silver War Nickels this year. I will count them when I return home this evening.

    It looks like a lamination crack. Please advise. Also with those 6 silver I found 1 1942 Regular Composition.

    I thought I had metal detected 6 silver war nickels this year.
    It was only 5..

    Probably because New York is closer to Philadelphia than Denver or San Francisco ;)

    Very true, but, for the time they have been in the ground wouldn't Plate Tectonics have shifted them considerably?
