    Well, rats. It appears that the demise of CollecOnline caused all of my pictures in the collections to go red-X of death. This is an awful development. :(

    Edit: fixing them, but it will take all night...

    I am limited to ancients now but when I was a kid I collected US coins - still have the collection and I am waiting for the grandchildren to grow up so I can give it away to whomever has the collecting bug(s). But even though 61 years have passed since I collected US coins, I can still get excited looking at the 1799 silver dollar - it is imply beautiful.

    Thanks. I grossly overpaid for that coin, but the auction competition was fierce. I decided I had to have it.
