    It would be especially nice of people that have a complaint and list it on a public forum to update or offer resolve. Mr. Browns encased stamp may have been an heirloom and certainly priceless to him but not priceless in the market. The stamp was purchased from Mr Brown by SEGS at a price based on sales of current auction buys of like material in better condition. The stamp was misplaced and that is all... We offered the stamp back to Mr. Brown for the same price we paid him and never heard another word.

    We callled Mr. Brown and followed up with a letter, certified, return receipt request. I have a copy of the letter and the receipt card and a cancelled check. The encased stamp was valued at $400.00. I should have responded to this much earlier.
