Yep, that looks right to me.

1995 Doubled Die

 

The IN GOD WE and LIBERTY show strong doubling on these coins. The OPs coin does as well.

Look at the G in GOD, you'll see notches at the bottom.

 

Correct! LIBERTY is the best Doubling.

 

How about that! A real DDO. Too bad it's not in better shape like the one from Paddyman98 That's a real beauty!

About 10-15 years ago I started to get rolls from banks. Separating them in groups of dates that may have possibilities (83, 84, 95, etc). Now that I am retired I decided to start looking thru them. Got lucky I guess. Nice feeling

I found another 95 that is not like the last one. Only can see doubling in ERTY. Is this another type DDO? This coins is also from the same batch of coins saved over 15 years ago

So is strike doubling the same as machine doubling and this cent needs to go back into circulation?

 

"Yes" on everything before "and," up to you on everything after "and." Having said that, if you could really use the money, I'd spend it.
