    Here it is, November 5, 2025 and I finally received one in change. It’s a 2024-P Women’s Quarter. Her name is Celia Cruz and I had to look her up to see who she was.
    She was a singer that spoke out against Fidel Castro and his regime in 1960 when she and her band were permanently banned from Cuba. Her mother died in 1962 and she was not allowed entry into Cuba to attend to her funeral.

    High up it’s a lock of his hair. The coin was minted by a worn die. Down around his jaw are 2 small nicks(damage).

    It means sugar. She would say that as she was declaring her art of music as sweet :hungry:
