Found a bag of coins

    Yeah, sure! Where in the heck did you learn that Canadian coins are made with real metal? What is "real metal" anyway?

    I still have no idea what "real metal" is and I'm not sure what the link you provided is supposed to support. All I got out of that article is, "all Canadian coins have 90-95% steel as an intrinsic (base) metal and plated with nickel, zinc or copper to add color." Please explain.

    Somewhere around here is a Canadian coin thread. Don't know how active it is, but the OP might find some specialists over there.

    All the Canadian coins are worth face value except the 1945 1cent would be worth around $.10

    I'm scratching my head on that post too.

    Maybe he's saying that "real" metals are pure (not alloyed)? o_O

    I think he didn't know what "ferrous" meant in the article he read, and substituted "real".

    I don't know, but I've been trying to figure out a good joke using Nickelback since I came across that post. It's such a fine line between stupid and clever.

    Which quarter? I know nothing of canadian so i dont know which coin you are talking about
     
  18. The one with the red flower or emblem on. I believe that it's to commemorate the end of ww1
