IMO….the curvature does not look right. I don’t think any US denomination would have incomplete planchets punched with this degree of small curvature. Even our smallest denomination, the dime, has a broader curve to their planchets. I think it is PMD. However, I am open to being proved wrong…Spark
I have one as well. I’ve never really looked into or considered what the problem is. It could be a form of a strike through. I’m just not sure but I do have have one. Mine has less of a curve than yours and it’s a copper cent.
