Is this nickel 5fs, 6fs, or no fs? Should I get it graded?

First of all, it doesn't matter if it is 6FS if the condition isn't that good. Do you have better photos of both sides?

I see 4-1/2, but they're broken up, especially the lowest one. On a good day, you got 4.

Okay thx, found in circulation so it's still in good shape.

You can zoom in with a phone camera. Just spread apart two fingers on the screen.

It's in good shape for a circulation find, that's right. You'll not make anything on it, but it's a handsome fiver, and it's got steps, it's not like it's a solid blob, there. I'm keeping it, if I found it.

Yeah I also found a 1961 in great shape, that almost looks like a proof, it has a glossy finish on it instead of matte. The steps are more defined than this 56.
