Hello all, Meow has started a different diet where Meow only eats once a day. It its actually is not incredibly hard to do, but it can be challenging at times. Especially when it's still 6 hours till Meow Mix time and the furry tummy won't stop rumbling. So Meow has been hitting the CRH pretty hard to keep Meows mind of the rumbling tummy. So, to the point of the point of this post. Meow has been doing a lot of penny CRH as it is better on a small wallet that CRH quarters. So, Meow Just minutes ago set a record for the oldest penny Meow ever found. Meow found a 1910 penny in a roll that also contained a 1991 s proof penny. And over the last few months Meow has also found a 1978 d clipped penny, a 1920, 1936, and 1938. A 1954 s with a few die cracks on the reverse. The cracks or the right look just about ready to become a huge cud. Another project to keep Meows mind off food is Meow assembling a Chinese Lego King Tiger tank. It has over a 1000 pieces and it keeps the paws busy. 20251021_183433[1].jpg 20251021_183443[1].jpg 20251021_183510[1].jpg 20251021_183518[1].jpg 20251021_183538[1].jpg 20251021_183548[1].jpg 20251021_183636[1].jpg 20251021_183702[1].jpg 20251021_183829[1].jpg 20251021_183909[1].jpg

Oops Meow took a pic of a common 1958d penny by mistake. Old Cats have some poor eyesight it seems. Anyway, 20251021_183916[1].jpg 20251021_183947[1].jpg 20251021_184002[1].jpg 20251021_192051[1].jpg 20251021_192056[1].jpg the reverse of the 1954s with die cracks.

Meow has been trying to keep busy and healthy as possible. Still unable to take life to higher levels, but doing the best Meow can.

Lego's, the company, was huge back in the day in my town. They had a huge distribution center here, but it either moved or closed :(, not quite sure why because the daycare is still there... o_O

That's awesome. Me too. I lost 55 pounds since joining this forum as strange as that may be. I didn't use any drugs to do it either. :p

Well, that is a Chinese Lego knock off. Lego as for as Meow knows does not make at least lately realistic WW2 tank models. Meow many years ago bought and assembled a really nice Panzer 4 G by a Polish Lego knockoff company. But stuff that company makes costs double now so Meow passed on another one. Quality is so-so, but it is just to keep bad thoughts away.

Thats great! Meow is afraid of needles so could not partake in the latest diet drugs. Meow knows they make pills too, but Meow is not too keen on the costs of it and possible side effects. Meow did the low sugar low carb thing for a year. Meow feels way better on that diet but stopped losing weight after a while. So for the last month Meow gave in to potato chip cravings and only eats one meal a day. Meow has not had any bread or rice in over a year. Meow is craving Pizza real bad. Maybe if this one a day thing works Maybe Meow can have pizza for that one a day meal soon.

What did you do that helped you lose all the weight?

Well. Smaller meals mostly, cutting out bread and pasta, well some anyways. Wheat bread on occasion. I also was going through a tough time in my life. :(
    Much better now though. :)

Thats great. Meow is happy to hear it. Do much CRH lately? Meow gets down about stuff and does not feel like posting as much. But Meow is still a bit hopeful. Only a bit as it seems unrealistic that an old Cat can turn everything around to have an incredible happy life. But Meow is still working on it.

Nope. Never really got into CRHing. Trying to get more into Metal Detecting but injuries are holding me back.

Meow appreciates your kindness towards Meow. Meow would love to try Metal Detecting one day. But Meow lives in the center of a city and in a state that is not as as historical East coast areas. Meow would have little chance to find even a place to do it.

Meow finally got to have some grub for the day. Went right back to penny CRH and found another 2019 d doubled ear. Meow finds this once one in a while but has yet to find a really nice shiny one. This one is tarnished and has lots of small scratches on it. It is very hard to capture on the Catphone. Meow has to find that USB micoscope lost in the Cat hoard to be able to capture better the small details. But where does Meow even start to look???? 20251022_011743[1].jpg 20251022_011959[1].jpg

Do you gave a link on the 2019D Doubled ear?
The Reverse with the two cracks that cross the rim, that is a retained Cud, or PreCud.

    PS, I found it.

Meow cannot see the dots. Maybe the condition rubbed them away. But the die crack is there on the reverse. Sorry but off the Catphone. USB microscope would have been so much better. 20251022_020426[1].jpg 20251022_020506[1].jpg

That one is only cracked on one side. So Meows find does seem a bit later in the life of that particular die.
