Actually I don't exactly have em' yet
It's in the mail and I'm anxious to get it. I'm expanding my Judaean collections to include first century Roman Judaean provincial and Judaea capta. :greedy: $$$ Stand by for more updates! :spam: Thanks for your support! ;)

Looks expensive. Very nice coin, deacon.

Here is my camel. Notice the similarities between yours and the M. Scaurus denarius.

I have many, as I collect ancient Silk Road coinage and Bactrian camels were indispensable for it. Here is one, but its Roman. I did a posting on it a while back. What makes it particularly interesting is that its a Bactrian camel struck in Arabia. The only guess why would be Bostra was a destination for the Silk Road along with the Spice Road from Arabia, thereby being a very powerful trading city.

That's an ancient! Same package design as the one that the World War One Doughboys carried with them to France a hundred years ago.

More rare than the "with scorpion", but I think I would like the scorpion one better.

For any camel afficianados, here are the camels I own:

    Bostra, Bactrian camel
    Bostra, small Arabian camel
Sogdia, Bactrian camel with fire alter reverse
Sogdia, Bactrian camel with tamgha reverse
Kushan, Bactrian camel, (small and large module)
Roman Republic, 3 different Arabian camel types, (all three shown in this thread)

I sure there are a lot more, but that is my camel mini-collection.

  21. I prefer @Ken Dorney 's and @medoraman 's hybrid, die match denarius

And I have this Aemilius. I need to reshoot this.
