Who can identify this coin?

I found this in an old penny jar. I can't find similiar ones online. Anyone know? Its has the same image on both sides. A flying eagle with talons out lined by stars all the way around. Could be magicians coin but do not know. It looks old.

The head looks like a duck. Larger photos and photos of the reverse should help someone here determine what it is.
