1899 o barber quarter DDR?

Only on some of the letters as you can see from the photos

its def not flat either...

Could this be DDR? Has anyone else seen one for this coin series? I cant find any reference to one...

thanks for the reply - the thing that gets my attention is the "T" in 170206195302932.jpg as it looks like there is a separate point on the end of the top of the "T"
