There is a company which will make official US postal stamps with your or any other picture on them. Possibly the US mint could make coins with anyone's picture on them.
If this should ever happen I'll bet we here in Chicago will have Al Capone's face on the front and a Tommy Gun for the reverse. Or Mayor Daily on the front and a kid stealing a car on the reverse.
Carl, Must be something in the water in these parts. My first thoughts for the Calumet Region (Gary, Hammond, East Chicago IN. etc) was a rotting steel mill and a handgun. That's just plain scary.
OK... I know I've had a long hard week when I can't figure out if this is a joke or real or what...??? This was written in 2005 & was suppose to start 2006 but instead we went from county pennies to presidential dollars...and the cardboard for collecting the pennies is 4.95 but $179 for shipping?? Help me out here...is the entire website a parody?

All counties may be far out but what about a coin for each car? Have you heard it aleady started with the Corvette with lighted headlights. I'd like to see the Green Hornets car with the green headlights too.
