    I have 1983 potencial. Transitional penny can any one confirm?

    Your images don't open for me. I get a CT Error message.

    Have you tried posting the images using "Upload a File"? Be sure to use "Full Image" rather than "Thumbnail".

    Are you trying to say it is copper? Otherwise I have no clue what a "transitional" penny is. And if that is what you are asking, pictures will do us no good. You need to weigh it. Zinc is 2.5 gm and copper is 3.1 gm.

    Probably not. Weigh it. If it weighs 2.5 g, it's an ordinary cent.
