What size Air Tite for Perth Mint Silver Kangaroos?

    Yes, the Silver Roos measure in at 40.6mm, which makes them tricky. I do have at least one of them in a 40mm AirTite, and it seemed to work. I used the kind that includes the black ring, which allows for some flexibility. A direct fit may prove challenging.

    For such mid-range coins I first put the ring around the coin, then gently massage it into the lower half of the AirTite. Once it looks okay, the top usually slides right on perfectly.

    I don't have them in front of me to compare, but a Silver Kangaroo and an ASE are the exact same diameter at 40.6mm? Is that right?

    So, the Airtites sold for ASE (which are direct fits Model H-40, Inside 40.6mm, Outside 44.45mm) should fit just fine?

    Yes, ASEs and Roos both measure 40.6 mm in diameter. I've used 40 mm AirTites with rings to fit both. It certainly sounds like the direct fit you mentioned should work, though I've never used one.
