Perhaps your 1921 coin is graded MS64? If it is dull in hand or has spots on the obverse, then I would guess 63. If it's more flashy than dull and those spots are on the plastic (which is what I'm assuming), then I would guess 64. Final answer.... 64. Yeah I bought this 21 at lease 10 yrs ago from a dealer at the coin show. The Slab is old Pcgs, and there are stuff on the slab. I think I might get it re slab.
