I have found a dime that is missing the E and part of the M. Is this a good find or not? And is it worth anything? Here is a picture

I appreciate the responses but is the coin worth anything. And should I have it graded.

No, but save it for a future display of striking problems.

I was wondering what makes a quarter like the Kansas quarter that says in God we rust different from the coin that I have? They are both missing a letter.

No diff. I wouldn't have that Kansas quarter graded either.
