Not sure if this is the correct terminology. I checked error-ref.com for definitions and this sounds about right. See the reverse of this 2019-D Roosevelt, the horizontal lines between the designs. Found it CRH yesterday. Please educate me if I got it wrong!

I checked the link from Sal which has tons of info, then did a search on "feeder finger damage" and found this site: https://www.error-ref.com/?s=die+scrapes About halfway down the page the same damage is shown on a 2018-P dime along with an excellent definition. Interesting sleuthing folks. And a contributing photo from Coop. I have one like Coop’s somewhere…but I don’t recall the date on mine.
1st year for the press that makes these is 2018. Sometimes debris builds up on the feeder finger and voila, a struck through debris
