My newest Daniel Carr fantasy issue...

    mm_peace_1917_hg.jpg My latest Daniel Carr fantasy issue, the 1917 Peace Dollar token. It is struck in high relief, much as the 1921 Peace Dollar was. I think it is really pretty cool!! Seller's pictures, until mine arrives!

    I got mine already! No pics yet, though.

    This might be my favorite DC overstrike yet. Definitely has the best back-story by FAR.

    1917 is when the US entered the war. We, fortunately, missed most of it.

    Etienne Victor Exbrayat was a gifted medalist who was one of those that didn't make it. He was killed on the front lines in 1914.
