Yeah, somebody was treading on thin ice by selling these without a COPY stamp on each, regardless of how they represented them.
That's where common sense screams in both of your ears. The amount of fakes (or stock photo frauds) say stay away. eBay absolutely doesn't care as long as they get their vig.
I doubt if any silver has even darken the door of this crook's "mint" unless there is a little in his teeth. When someone is selling "Morgan Dollars" for less than melt, you can smell the rotten fish from a mile away.
I would take them to my local shop so they could zap them with the magic gun. I doubt they have any silver in them but who knows. My local shop told me they have seen some fakes made with silver or gold - but not many.
There seem to be fewer and fewer laws enforced all the time. There are thousands of counterfeits in the market. Neither eBay or the government seem to care.
