    Can anyone tell me anything about this coin,plz. One can barely make out the "8" and the "s" and "t" on trust. 20170129_131117.jpg Thanx.

    I'd put it in a flip and mark it under minor grease filled personally but numismatically speaking its not worth much m8

    Proof coins have mirrored fields and are struck twice for sharpness. Note that your dime has weakly struck letters and rounded rims. If it were a proof, you would know. Trust me!

    I'm guessing that you are wondering because it doesn't have a mintmark. Keep in mind that circulation strikes produced in Philadelphia in 1975 do not have a mintmark.

    What Chris said... Philadelphia minted 585,673,900 dimes for circulation in 1975.
