    But this coin is doubled died to hell.
    Never mind that there are no modern double dies after 1990.

    ZOMG BAD FLASHBACK...

    (There was a member here years ago who had a cent-struck-on-dime, got it "graded" by Alan Hager (ACG), and posted it INCESSANTLY. He became sort of a mascot for the site.)

    To me, it doesn't look like the corner of the "memoriol" as much as it looks like environmental damage.

    The "A" on the "T" in Liberty....doesn't look like an "A" at all not to mention the fact that absolutely no where on a Lincoln Cent is an "A" located in that particiular orientation.

    As for submitting it for certification?

    Good Luck since if the "blind grader" gets the submission, you just might get lucky but I hear that the "blind grader" is nearly impossible to get!

    By all means, PLEASE, make us all look like idiots and post the grading results. I so In-Joy looking like an idiot!

    <begin silliness>

    It's got the same lettering as was on a "penny"

    I double checked and sure enough, their are all their.

    LIBERTY - Check (Also on the "penny")
    IN GOD WE TRUST - Check (Also on the "penny")
    E PLURIBUS UNUM - Check (Also on the "penny")

    Their all their.

    <end silliness>

    Two Clips and One "Disk Clip".
    A disk clip is a very minor clip which does not affect the edge of the coin but is enough of a clip to disrupt the metal flow into the raise rim.

    It's defined in Fred Weinbergs Error Encyclopedia on page 127.

    “In the case of larger coins such as Morgan dollars, the disk clip will be very obvious. There will be a small dip in the rim design as observed from either the obverse or reverse side. However the edge will have full reeding and the coin will be completely round. There will be no noticeable difference in the normal weight of the coin, which will usually be well within acceptable tolerances.”

    You have a corroded environmentally damaged dime? Or a vise job?
