Hey. Not much of a Morgan man but I'll give her a go.
MS63 She's a little scratchy on the Obverse a little. Not sure if that hurts in terms of grading.

The coin looks high 63 or low 64 based solely on surfaces, but with that color it is going to get a strong color bump. I don't think it will make it to gem though.

    MS64+

I'll give her the 65 maybe even a +.. but I have a rough time grading toned coins

    And the reveal....

MS 64 CAC ....based on the slab photo and the hits that show up on it, I had it as a high end 62/lower end 63. The color bump explained the 64. I did not expect it to CAC given the potential color bump (market grade). However, the difference in value between a 62/63/64 is not significant, so the sticker or lack of it does not make a big difference (unless someone only collects toned Morgans with stickers).

The coin ended at 1,575 (with the fee). I was interested in it regardless of grade or sticker but my value was closer to $1k, so I did not bid in the end.

I'm kind of shocked that it got the CAC thing.

I know it has a lot of green, but I wouldn't go above $500 based on those obverse surfaces.
