Chad 1983 100 Francs Coin?

I have a "Republic of Chad" "Coin Sets of All Nations" (I believe issued by The Franklin Mint" set/page/card. It includes seven coins from between 1976 and 1985:

500 Francs
100 Francs
50 Francs
25 Francs
10 Francs
5 Francs
1 Franc

The 100 Francs coin has a date on it of 1983, however, in all my research, I can find no record of Chad (or Central African States) issuing a 100 Francs coin in the year. I've looked at other examples of this set/page/card, and the 100 Francs coin is from 1982 on those.

What is this coin?

I don't know a ton about these. But @7Jags is likely the person that might!

 

It is probably from one of the other states that used the Central African Franc (at the time, 100 francs were issued by the individual countries). These sets tend to mix and match states a bit.
