What are your recent experiences with the grading services? In terms of turn-around times, pricing, accuracy of grading? From what I've seen, cac grading is very popular and offers the same pricing on the economy levels as even Anacs and Icg for Morgan and Peace dollars. PCGS and NGC are more expensive on the economy levels and run around 2 months turn-around times.
My most recent submission was thru ANACS and it was about 4 weeks. Usually I do 1-2 a year with NGC. Economy took 3+ months on the last few.
The fastest turn-around times, and some of the best holders and reasonable pricing seems to be with cac grading now.
As far as I can tell, there is only one BBB review. What other online reviews are you seeing? The yelp one star reviews are a joke, disgruntled clueless people submitting their "error" coins getting told nope, and a 1909-S VDB person all po'd about getting a damage grade where the damage is plain as day in their own photos, etc.
I saw a bunch of others going back years. Even if a company has a few percent of significant problems and all the others are happy customers, that still affects perceptions. https://www.bbb.org/us/co/englewood/profile/coin-dealers/anacs-1296-90023805/complaints
