The photo is too blurry to be able to tell.

FYI - Your poll serves no purpose. You do not have to use the Poll function just because it is there. It is merely an option. Unfortunately, once you start the poll, there is no turning back.

You posted this thread twice. It's a very common mistake made by newer members. Since @Johndoe2000$ thinks that we shouldn't bother pointing out these mistakes to newer members, I'll let him explain to you how it can be corrected.

Thanks Chris, it is PMD. it's the manner in which we let the new members know of their mistakes, and not the actual correction itself. A lot of members, not all, treat new members with disrespect, when they know not what they are doing. I don't think that anyone should reply at all,, if they don't want to, but some have a compulsive need to reply to almost every post, as if this was their own personal forum, which it is not. Now, time to Move on.

The manner? The manner? If one of us isn't allowed to "matter-of-factly" bring it to their attention, what do you expect us to do? Burp them?

No, a lot of members do not treat new members with disrespect. In fact, it is very few. Quit exaggerating and over-reacting. That's the very reason why I "dumped" this responsibility on your shoulders in the first place.

I am pretty positive that most of the younger generations need a pat on the back, in order to make it through the day.
They may do something wrong, and if you tell them. Their feelers get hurt.

I work with too many like that. I am a department manager for a luxury car dealership, the point I'm getting at is that I'd say 4.5 out of 5 days I'm there..... I don't feel like a manager, I feel like a babysitter or ringmaster.
