1921 Buffalo reverse die-clash

Hello all - checking to see if this is a die clash in the upper right quadrant behind E Pluribus Unum or I am seeing things. Thank you.

It appears to be as there are also signs under the 'UNUM'.

 

Clash from what though? There are no vertical straight lines on the obverse. I guess it could be the braid but that has a significant curve to it. See https://www.maddieclashes.com/five-cent-overlays/

 

I'm not quite sold on it either. I'm just not signing anything. (Wakes up from bad dream ).

 

If it is a clash I can’t figure out what part of the obverse it came from.

 

I thought perhaps it was the neck but as KBBPLL says there are no straight lines - probably just took a hit at some point. Thanks for all of the feedback!
