Wow! That 1940 looks like it's barely worked a day in its life...

That's a pretty nice 1940; wholesale bid for a 60 is $1 on it, which is not much but it's a good bit for a roll hunting find. I always like finding the uncirculated early date nickels, my best is a 1953-S in ~MS64.

May I ask what area you're in? You mentioned you got 27 2024-D's in one box; I'm in southern Indiana and have found only one across several boxes.

It is certainly a pretty thing. The reverse has an ever so slightly grime in an isolated area. Should it receive an acetone bath?

I reside in the Florida’s Panhandle Central Time Zone. Interesting note concerning my 2024 collection, my first find was not until December 2024. That box contained one from Philadelphia and twelve from Denver. I have purchased three boxes in 2025. My total for those boxes show five from Philly and fifty one from Denver.

That's kinda weird to be on the eastern side of the country and get more D's than P's, since Philadelphia is obviously closer to any part of Florida than Denver is, but it's good for you as the Denvers are in way more demand.
