2017 ASE with a die clash on reverse?

Something is definitely going on with the reverse. Maybe one of you that is good a superimposing one image over another can help see if the marks line up with the marks in the surface of my coin.

i think its just poor quality through out the entire process. Compared to the good old days.

 

I have to agree with Amos.
The glare from the holder doesn't help. I have to admit I haven't bought a 2017 yet, it's not high enough priority on my list to get.

 

@USS656 I wonder if Philly is striking bullion eagles again this year? They have been putting out some horrible quality lately across all coins so if they were striking eagles wouldn't surprise me if this came from there. But this is the overlay and not sure any thing really stands out as lining up.

 

I was almost convinced I saw some of the stars from the drapery to the right of the arrows in the last pic, but the overlay sealed it

 

No doubt, thank you for the overlay! Really makes me wonder what's up with the surface? Bizarre
