I believe all the "new" Morgan and Peace dollars since 2021 have been .859 troy oz.

 

my math says worth about $25 .85 each?

 

I won't pay the prices the US Mint charges. They lost site of what is reasonable.

 

Over priced. Over hyped. No resistance. No shame. I bought one........

 

I gave up all mint products. Except for mint sewn bags where I look for error coins. But even those bags command quite a premium.

 

All mint products are overpriced nowadays. I stopped buying years ago. It’s gotten worse since I stopped buying from them. This reduction in the silver content with a higher price is why I stopped buying from them.

 

They have been since they came out in 2021. It's because they are made to the exact same size as the originals only in pure silver. If the planchets for these were 90% silver they'd be 0.773 troy oz of silver but since they're 0.999 pure, they become 0.858 troy oz. They're not as large as an ASE.
