    Hello everyone, is the chip on the top of the head and error? What is it? Also, on the reverse there is another chip at the bottom and lines. Thank you, and please be nice

    Really sorry but the reverse is damage (scratch), as well as the obverse on his head.

    Unfortunately you quarter is showing damage on both sides. Not a mint error of any kind.
