I'm still around, too, pretty much every day. Now that the weather is getting nicer, the wifey and I are either outside doing yard work, or trying to enjoy being outside (hiking, bicycling, kayaking, camping, going to Milw. Brewers games...)! I do hop on CT most evenings, tho. Like @Joshua Lemons, I may not post a lot, but I do read the threads and "Like" other people's posts.

I've also been trying to hop onto CU, too. But, it seems that most of the people there talk about their registry sets and high-value coins. I have none of those kinds of coins, so I'm a minnow in a sea of sharks, over there! LOL!

In general, I don't have lots to discuss with my coin collection (not that i have much of anything to brag about, anyway!). I'm in the process of cataloging my collection and putting it into my software (Exact Change), but that's a slow process (go get some coins, go thru the many lists I've had over the decades, catalog, put the coins back, get some more coins, rinse and repeat). And, I'm trying to figure out and separate which coins I want to sell (in the process of re-evaluating what I want my collection to really be).

And, with spring here, indoor hobbies take a back seat to outdoor activities. I have not been buying anything, and have nothing new to show anyone. I really do need to go and get some of my coins and photograph them, so I can at least share some of what I do have!

I guess you can say I'm working on avoiding that by having surgery to have a cancerous kidney removed in two days. I'm also being dragged kicking and screaming into the "deacquisition" phase of my life.

Best of luck with your kidney surgery. A dear friend went through that about a year ago. He doing really well now.

I'm still here and kicking. About to start up a "favor" type of job for a sibling even though he said it's not that kind of work. He's currently out of work (for the first time in a very long time) and looking for another job. He had a kitchen mishap, demo guys came in and did their thing, now I'm on deck for helping get it upgraded to current desires.

Happy to help my brother out and he deserves every discount I offer without hesitation. But damned if their emergency items always happen during the busy months! Last year was my bestest friend who needed a basement remodel after flooding. I can't ethically charge my normal rate to my brother or my friend, so I'm at the crossroads again of breaking even plus a small bit to hold onto for the next dry spell.

I've got a couple better-paying jobs on the horizon, but waiting for the poco to get back is a nightmare.

Good luck and I think the economy is slowly getting better. Anything construction is a foreign language to me. My education was in finance and accounting. It's a good thing I wasn't born in the 1800's or early 1900's. :p
