It looks more like damage from a coin rolling machine, what are you seeing in particular that you consider an error made at the mint?
Am new at all this. I appreciate your help. Has a slice below the pony tailand some lettering is too light, and some appears to have a slight shadowing like on the MONT, but light on the LL.
It doesn't look off-center to me. All in all, this coin is in pretty bad circulated condition. Keep looking and I'll bet you can find others in much better condition. Chris
