My Rose bush is doing well this year, lots of tops. I thought I was going to lose some due to a snowstorm. But they mostly made it.
Sorry only buds right now. I am thinking another week of warm weather and I should have flowers.

The first pic Pam is the Desert Nectarine only requires 100hrs of weather below 45' for good production it's three years in the ground. The next pic is a dwarf Peach tree while I had maybe 100/150 blooms might get 15/20 peaches? The last pic is my Santa Rosa plum getting maybe 100 plums to be decided by the squirrels? The Blue jays have hit the nectarine tree hard I only had like 15 they got 5 thus far.The fruit on any of these trees are like God intended not large about 2" the peaches maybe a little more but so sweet!!

I can't remember where you live. New Orleans? I live in Florida and really don't care about oranges. I've got a fig tree though that is 13 feet tall and has the same diameter. Every June I get at least a 5 gallon bucket of ripe figs off it. I dehydrate a bunch of them and then freeze them. Sometimes my wife makes me fig newtons (fig cakes) from them.

No fruit but flowers lol. I would probably kill fruit because I don’t have luck with tomatoes lol.

I used to have a huge plastic owl that I hung from a string from one of the upper branches of it. It worked.........and then a hurricane and 10 foot tidal surge disappeared it. :(

That's a good idea! The area I live my house is a 1/3 of the mile from GOA/M as the crow flies while I often see big Hawks and Golden Eagles a pair of Bald Eagles have made home atop a pine about 1/5 of a mile from the house.I think the male was fling over the neighborhood yesterday the female is definitely bigger might help on those pesky squirrels.;)

Those are some Nice blooms Pam!The wife and her mother used to be into Roses some 10/15 years back.

You may think I'm embellishing, but I'm not. I gave a neighbor a redfish that was about 22 inches long, probably weighed about 3 pounds. I laid it on his tailgate while he was getting a cooler to put it in. A bald eagle swooped down, clutched it, and flew off. I am not making this up. We have quite a few eagles and ospreys in our hood. lol
