    That’s the BEP’s name for sales of this note. lol. The serial number starts with 777 so they came up with this as a marketing ploy. Here’s a copy of the fancy packaging the notes come in. Upon opening the folded holder you get a brief overview of the reason, the number 7 is a lucky number. They even wish you Good Luck.
    I must have gotten lucky as my two notes are in serial number order. Lol

    The BEP used to do that. Any time I bought more than one note or set, they would send consecutive serials.

    That is the bureau stamp on the plastic sleeve. kind of interesting yours does not have it.

    Thanks but mine doesn’t have a plastic sleeve. Mine just slips into the holders four corners.
