I wonder how Maximinus' reign would have gone had he not be killed. Depending on his health, it may not have been long though.

Obv.: IMP MAXIMINVS PIVS AVG - Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right.
Rev.: PROVIDENTIA AVG - Providentia standing left, holding wand over globe in right hand, cornucopia in left.

Nice coin Randy! I don't have any for Max Thrax but here are a couple of his son, Maximus.

 

Also the Great Khali, who has the protruding lower jaw and prominent brow that we see on all but the earliest Maximinus portraits. Both classic manifestations of acromegaly.
