Reverse Clipped Die ????

I think the label is also an error. Looks more like a Reverse Capped Die to me. It’s graded by PCGS as a MS-63 Red 1977-D Cent and as a Mint Error with a Reverse Clipped Die.

Oopsie! What do you do now? Is it valued more and what is the error for our audience to know?

 

I believe they meant to say CAPPED DIE

That’s what I was thinking, Capped. A nice error coin with an error label. Lol

 

Yes if it was clipped, it would be on both sides, and be a clipped planchet.
But a capped die is a very nice error. PLUS the label error, very desirable.

Looks like it was certified when I was doing Mint Errors for PCGS -
it's a computer entry error......
